Delete Your Lowkey Account

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Lowkey app and sign in.
  2. Go to your profile screen.
  3. Open account settings and select account deletion.
  4. Confirm deletion.

This removes your account and associated profile data, including your photos and voice intro.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from your account email to: support@lowkeymatch.com

Include the email tied to your Lowkey account so we can verify and process your request.
